Last night saw the launch of the yearly exciting festival, which lights up the city. It’s all about Lighting the city and Inspiring the future.

The e-Luminate Cambridge Festival connects ambitious art with imaginative technology to shed light on low carbon innovation. You can see the city in a brand new light from the 12th to the 23rd February 2014.

The e-Luminate Cambridge Festival is the festival where art meets technology. This exciting festival was founded by Hugh Parnell and Alessandra Caggiano in 2012 and is a social enterprise proudly part of the Accelerate Cambridge programme run by the Cambridge Judge Business School.

In April 2013, world-renowned projection artist Ross Ashton joined their board of directors, bringing a new wave of creativity as well as international aspiration to the event. The portray artistic talent through light installations and projections as well as providing thought-provoking workshops to engage and inspire future generations.
