The Big Travel Theory Visits Cambridge

A mouth watering experience is all that I think about when food tours come to mind.  I was happy to find out that there is a food tour in Cambridge, UK.  I always have a good time when I know I’ll be eating over the next few hours.  The tour was a lunch food tour provided by Cambridge Food Tours.

We started our tour in the middle of town at Fitzbillies where they make a wonderful Chelsea bun.  It is a delectable and super sweet roll.  The roll is so sweet that it has a shelf life of 6 weeks and many are mailed all over the world.

There was a whole lot of walking on the tour.  We covered about 6 miles on foot.  Make sure you prepare for the weather and wear some really good walking shoes.

The food tour was brought to you in partnership with Cambridge Food Tours.  The tour costs £37.50 per person and ours lasted 4 hours and 30 minutes.  Cambridge Food Tours offers several different tours in the Cambridge area.
