The latest creations at the Green Man in Grantchester – Stephen, the head chef at the Green Man in Grantchester has been the leader of their culinary team since the start of 2013 and has handpicked a fantastic brigade of chefs to assist him in producing some of the most innovative food produced from locally sourced ingredients that you will find in the region.
Stephen has over ten years of experience in innovative food and has had an interesting career working in some of the finest Kitchens in Cambridgeshire. He has a real passion for producing food and this is obvious from every plate that leaves our kitchen. ‘I like to take classic British food ideas and re-work them with modern techniques and flavour combinations to make something that people would not expect and make them fall in love with it all over again’.
