We’ll kick off with delicious street food on the local market and Artisan shops before we move on to a Masterclass with our 4 favourite local Artisan producers. You will have the chance to create unique products yourself, mingle with the producers and have fun at the same time. This Masterclass is a taster of the bespoke Masterclasses our sister company F&D events can create for you. You can look forward to Spanish and Indian cuisine, Patisserie and bespoke chocolates.

After all this hard work, it is time for a bit of a work out on a Botanical Cocktail Masterclass.

The art of French Pastries

Learn from the Patissier herself how to decorate delicious mini Amandines with fruit and chocolate decorations. As this is Mini Masterclass, she will have cooked the Amandines already so they are all ready to be decorated. You will have the chance to pipe the ganache and pastry cream into the tart cases and decorate them in your own style.

Chocolate Making and Go

The Secret of Folding a Samosa

At this Mini Masterclass, the Indian Chef will teach you how to fill and fold Samosas. This is a cold prep Samosa assembly with some spice crushing, but you don’t have to be disappointed not to sample them. She will have made some Samosa’s all ready for you to take home.

The Art of Making Tapas

The Spanish Tapas boom has hit Cambridge now too and we thought it would be nice to let you into the secrets of making Tapas yourself. On this Mini Masterclass, you will make two Tapas. The first one is pastry filled with goat’s cheese, caramelised Piquillo pepper and almonds. The pastry will be ready so you fill the pastries with piping bags and decorate with peppers and almonds.
The second Tapa is an orange jelly with marinated cod and olivada. Create yours now by assembling the ingredients.

In case of allergies or dietary requirements, we can use alternative ingredients for the Tapas.

Create Bespoke Chocolates

In 10 minutes you will have the chance to create three different types of bespoke chocolates. You will be working with the signature ganaches of the chocolatier (Dark, milk and white) and finish them with delicious toppings and transfers decoration to take home – You will finish with a chocolate design lollipop ( freestyle) to show off your creative skills.
